Lakshmi I stuck them with foam tape but they keep coming off...am going to try putty next :) i know i should ideally hang them...but then that didn't allow me instant gratification...but that will be ideal and long term!

This is from Andhra. The best is to hang them against a light in the background and then you see the beauty of this art. I have table lamps and they really shine through :-)

Hi Kanika. Dropped by after a long time and saw this post. May be you could try framing them on a white background with a dark wood wide frame. I think the contrast of the colors will look awesome. Or you could stick them to the inside of the glass of a shadow box, with a battery operated tea light in the background. I have been fascinated by these puppets and have always wanted to own one from childhood. Do you know if there are any places that sell them online? What are they made off? If I can't get my hands on one, then maybe I can look into making one myself. There... you gave me a project idea. Thanks :).
