this is south goa and we are hoping that we can extend our trip by a day or two and make it a quick holiday!

what i can't figure out is where to stay in south goa for a couple of days? i was hoping to find a nice quaint homestay accommodation or a small boutique (budget friendly) resort in south goa...do you have any suggestions and images to share with me??

thanks :)

Hey, we stayed at Kenilworth in South Goa this Sept and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The staff is good, nice views, lovely beach..Go to Martins Corner. Its close to the resort..

I've stayed at Cavala http://www.cavala.com/ And it was a fantastic experience!

And here we go again said...

you can stay at the intercontinental, Canacona Goa. Some beautiful, less crowded beaches (Palolem, Agonda,...) to explore. If you want to get in touch with the more fun side of Goa, You can stay at a small time place called Chatai, on the beach of Agonda, waking up to sound of the sea.

Closer to Margao, you stay at taj exotica. Closer to a lot of beaches. Benaulim, Sernabatim, Colva,...
And yes, i agree with anonymous. Martin's Corner for dinner is a must do. Try their Sachin's favorite crab (rechado masala) and butter garlic calamari. You'll go back for more. :).

have a fun trip.
